We are re pleased to announce our membership in the Avaya Service Delivery Specialist (SDS) program, a new initiative created to recognize advanced capabilities in providing implementation, support, and/or application integration services for Avaya technology solutions. This unique certification allows us to provide world class services to companies large and small.

As a certified Implementation Specialist and Support Specialist, we offer proven expertise in the maintenance, support and installation of Avaya technology and fulfill a rigorous set of program requirements including:

  • A staff of Avaya Certified Specialists in key specialization areas
  • High customer satisfaction ratings and strong customer references
  • Certified project management services
  • A 24/7 service operations center (SOC) with
    • remote support processes and personnel
    • continuous remote monitoring
    • a support lab for troubleshooting service issues
    • an implementation staging center supporting fast, reliable installations
  • Proven methodologies for high-quality service delivery

Currently, there are only (5) Partners that carry both the implementation and support specialization in the country. What differentiates Cerium from the rest of these Partners that carry this designation is all of Cerium’s technical resources are employees and reside in the Pacific Northwest. These types of resources do not exist in Pacific Northwest with the other Partners who have achieved this specialization.

What SDS certification means to YOU
We are delighted to have Avaya’s official stamp of approval. But the real question is – what does SDS certification mean for you, our customer?

Quality assurance. To qualify for the SDS program, providers must undergo a demanding assessment process, successfully demonstrate advanced service capabilities, and meet stringent performance requirements. And to remain in the program, providers must continue to meet key performance indicators examined on a quarterly basis.

Transparency. By tying program designations directly to specific service competencies, the SDS program allows you to immediately determine whether a provider offers the capabilities you need.

Resources. Membership in the SDS program provides us with access to best-in-class Avaya tools and resources that allow us to better serve you. For example, the Avaya HealthCheck Tool enables us to scan for potential application performance issues, and the Avaya InSite Knowledge Management database offers us a vast repository of problem resolution information.

Avaya co-delivery. Avaya and Cerium Networks will work together to diagnose and solve any issue—and will ultimately ensure that you’re satisfied with your Avaya solution.
