Course Description

This course builds on the basic understanding of writing vectors and building an ACD call center which will enable the attendees to write more complex vectors. This course will also the attendees to understand how vectors can and will affect CMS call reports. The attendees will be required to write vectors based on case studies and test the call flow for accuracy.
