Course Description
Do you know how many calls are going through your system during the day? What about peak hours? Any idea how many calls are hitting your trunks? Are you perhaps missing the Call Detail Recording (CDR) solution? Well even though you don“t have a dedicated application to gather historical data you can still get some useful data from the Avaya Communication Manager (ACM) by issuing few simple commands in the Avaya Site Administration (ASA) tool. This course will enable you to become proficient in the extraction and interpretation of the reports that are inherently available in Avaya Communication Manager
