Account Executive - Unified Communications
Locations: Bothell, WA & Kennewick, WA
Cerium Networks has an immediate employment opportunity for an energetic, professional account executive. You will have the opportunity to represent the leading manufacturers in the communications industry including Avaya, Cisco, Microsoft, Nortel, Tandberg and Verint. Account executives are responsible for developing and expanding the market within their territory.
Responsibilities:
- Building and developing strong customer relationships
- Increase market penetration by developing new business within an assigned territory
- Managing existing customer relationships
- Leading account team to ensure customer satisfaction, effectively utilizing company and supplier resources
- Maintain a high level of technology expertise through continuing education and training
- Be informed at all times of trends in the industry that may impact your customer base
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years sales and account management experience
- Unified communications industry experience
- Proven record of accomplishment in customer relationship management
- Strong track record of sales success
- Effective oral and written communication skills required
- Cisco, Avaya or Nortel certifications desired
