Cisco IPCC Express / UCCX Call Center Consultant

Locations: 

Bothell, WA

The Cisco UCCx Call Center Consultant will travel to our customer’s sites and interact with them in a consultative role regarding call center strategy and best practices.

In addition to consulting on site with the clients the Call Center Consultant will be responsible for gathering relevant data from the clients in order to create, design, and implement the following:

  • UCCX 7.0 or Later *training though 8.5 is preferred.
  • Designing from scratch IP Contact Center Express (IPCC Express / UCCX) solutions
  • Installing, configuring, deploying and supporting Cisco IPT
  • Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM / Call Manager) - v4 – v8.5 (Express)
  • Unified Messaging, VOIP such as MGCP / H.323 / SIP

You must have experience of designing installing, configuring and supporting Cisco IPCC Express / UCCX solutions to be considered for this role with reference-able customers.

  • CCIE
  • Call Manager
  • CUCM
  • CUIC
  • IP-IVR *preferred not required
  • JTAPI *CTI preferred but not required.
  • Cisco Unified Communications Manager
  • CIPT
  • CVOICE
  • IPTT
  • QOS

Experience Requirements:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience implementing and programming Cisco Call Center features and applications
  • At least 2-3 years of experience as a customer either in a call center administration or operations role
  • Experience training administrators and end users on Cisco Call Center
  • Additional experience with Cisco UCCx version 7.X or later is a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent listening skills, positive attitude, professional appearance, well organized, dependable, possess strong industry knowledge

Willingness to TRAVEL UP TO 80% OF THE TIME throughout the Pacific Northwest.
