If you have defective or otherwise damaged product you purchased from Cerium Networks and need to return it, please submit the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form below. A Cerium Networks associate will work with you to complete the process. All RMA requests must be completed within the manufacturer’s standard warranty period.
