Cerium is Microsoft SOF Ready!

This certification is awarded to Microsoft partners who excel in customer engagements involving Skype for Business and Cloud PBX.

The shift to the cloud requires rethinking how customers and partners plan, deliver and operate Skype for Business environments. The Skype Operations Framework (SOF) provides a foundation for Microsoft customers and partners to accelerate the success of the Skype for Business online journey. SOF provides a proven Skype for Business migration methodology to ensure high quality and reliability.

To earn the privilege of being accepted into the Skype Operations Framework program, partners must successfully complete exams to prove their level of technology expertise, design offerings that best suit their customers’ needs, and work hand-in-hand with Microsoft to ensure a fluid process towards a successful deployment.

With this achievement, Cerium is announcing two new cloud offers for customers interested in Cloud PBX:

  1. KickStart Cloud PBX: An Office 365 pilot that enables the rapid deployment of Skype for Business Online with Cloud PBX and Cloud PSTN Conferencing.
  2. Cloud Managed Services: For the price of a specialty coffee, Cerium will proactively support your Skype for Business user.
